This blog is supposed to be about us, supposed to illustrate
our interests, and our passion and in some ways it does. Leather, the edgy
fashionista illustrates herself by her posts about fashion and Lace attempts to
show her heart with talks of causes. But what is really missing is tone. You
can look at all the pretty pictures and know which organization is doing what
or which designer released what, but if you really want to know who Leather and
Lace are here goes….
We are Dreamers, utterly consumed
with our passion and desire to never work again. When I say never work again I
don’t mean non-stop vacations, though that would be nice. I mean loving what
you do so much that it’s not work, it’s purely you being yourself in every
moment of everyday and being free to express whatever liberates you. Whether
you are trying to find a cure for cancer and know that each trial will bring
you one step closer to saving millions of lives or walking dogs because you’re
an avid animal lover you’re experiencing pure joy. And the idea of having that kind
of joy in your life daily is what fuels us.
In addition to the posts that you
know and love, we plan to incorporate more of what is going on behind the
passion, the ups and downs that many of us face being twenty-something. We want
to give you a deeper look into the souls of dreamers…….
