NYFW SS14: The trend classic black & white

As NYFW finished up, there were many trends seen on the runways.  The major trend on just about every runway from Ralph Lauren menswear inspired black and white looks to Giulietta color-blocking and graphic designs was the classic black and white color trend.  Whether shown on the runway as a crop top, striped skirt, suit, coat, color-blocking print, or head scarf one things for sure designers can't get enough of the classic black and white combo.  Black and white is definitely a trend that has carried over from season to season and still strong as ever. Black and white are stable colors in most people wardrobes, so why not combine the two colors and give us fabulous looks like the ones shown above from NYFW.  Next up LFW, so stay tuned for Leather's favorite top trend that London will deliver!

Milly Spring 2014

This collection in one word is perfection.  Every single look was femininity at its best.  This collection is sexy yet very classy, showing of curves in a very elegant way.  From the crop tops, below the knee pencil skirts, fishnet dresses, and the colorful prints, Milly's collection definitely brought sexy back.  Even the styling with the black leather gloves and sandal heels gets two thumbs up.  What are your thoughts on Milly's SS 2014 looks?
